Star Ghana duo want EPL moves
Ghana star Asamoah Gyan and Andre Ayew have targeted dream moves to the EPL following their heroics at the World Cup. Gyan currently plays for French club Stade Rennes while Ayew stars for current French champions Marseille. "It is my wish to play in the Premiership,” confessed striker Gyan on Sunday. Ayew added: "We all love watching the EPL. The game has so much speed and the fighting spirit appeals to everyone in Africa. It's the best league in the world.” The 20-year-old Ayew added that he tried to incorporate things he saw in the EPL into his own game. “Personally I use players like Samir Nasri, Frank Lampard, Cesc Fabregas and Michael Carrick to enhance my game.” Ayew was actually born in France but chose to represent the Black Stars because his father, three-time African Player of the Year Abedi Pele, hails from Ghana.
