Rafa’s bold statement of intent

In statement of intent that will have Liverpool fans sniggering, Rafa Benitez claims he will lead Inter Milan to much silverware. This comes after former Reds boss Benitez recently stepped into the massive boots left by Jose Mourinho. Inter won Serie A, the Coppa Italia and the Champions League under Mourinho last season. "We have the same mentality of last season and we want to work together and win from the first day,” commented Benitez on Monday. "Everyone has their own ideas but we don't want to change things with respect to last season. I have spoken to the club president Massimo Moratti and he wants to win. He doesn't want to wait, he wants to win and learn. I have spoken to Javier Zanetti, Samuel Eto'o and Diego Milito, and they all want to win.”
