Hernandez first meets United stars on PlayStation
New signing Javier Hernandez familiarised himself with his new Manchester United team-mates by playing against them on his PlayStation! Said the 22-year-old former Chivas Guadalajara star on Tuesday: "To play with people like Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes will be incredible for me. I have only ever played with them on my PlayStation game.” The Mexican international also said he followed the Red Devils on television when he was younger. "When I was growing up I would also watch them on TV. I dreamed one day I would play with them and now it will be a reality." United paid £6m for Hernandez. He joined up with his new team-mates in Houston on Monday, where United are continuing their pre-season tour of the USA. "It is an honour for me to be at this club and I want to accomplish important things with them," added ‘Chicharito’.
