Dutch star tipped for EPL greatness

Wesley Sneijder will take the EPL by storm, according to Arjan de Zeeuw, a player who featured in all four divisions in 16 years in England, including five in the top flight. Sneijder was on Monday linked with a £35m move from Inter Milan to Manchester United. "If United sign him he'd be a fantastic asset. The thought of him playing just behind Wayne Rooney is great,” comments De Zeeuw. "I can see why people compare him to Scholes in his younger days but Wes can strike a ball equally well with either foot.” He adds: "I remember playing against Scholesy and if he was on the edge of the box you'd at least try and get him on his left, which wasn't quite as strong. But Sneijder can hit it just as well with both and that's a huge asset for any footballer to have."
