Gunners no to French star

Arsenal will not be making a move for talented French international Yoann Gourcuff. This is according to Gunners boss Arsene Wenger, who claims the club have enough strength in midfield. "We are not interested in Gourcuff and we were never contacted," Wenger told Telefoot on Monday. "He's a player I like a lot, but we are sufficiently covered in midfield." Gourcuff currently plays for French side Bordeaux and was part of the French squad that bombed spectacularly at the recent World Cup.
