Fergie blasts another referee

Sir Alex Ferguson blasted referee Olegario Benquerenca for not awarding Manchester United a penalty in their 3-3 draw with CSKA Moscow in the Champions League at Old Trafford on Tuesday. Despite being enough to see the Red Devils through to the last 16 of Europe’s premier competition, Fergie was furious when Scottish midfielder Darren Fletcher was booked for diving in the area when he appeared to be tripped. "I can't believe it. I can't believe the decision. It's one of the worst I've seen in my lifetime," fumed Ferguson. In the match, United came back from 3-1 down with six minutes to play, when Paul Scholes netted and Antonio Valencia's shot in added time was deflected in. Earlier, Michael Owen had grabbed United’s opening goal.
