Tevez drops bombshell

Carlos Tevez dropped a bombshell on Friday by revealing he wants to retire from football. The 25-year-old, who is contracted to Manchester City until 2014, insists he has grown tired and will hang up his boots if Argentina win next year’s World Cup in South Africa. "I am tired of football, really tired. I want to enjoy my family, to stop and have some quiet in my life," the £37m hitman told Argentine newspaper Ole. He also revealed that he was finding the English language hard to master which was making life difficult in the EPL. "I have lived in England for four years and I can't say a word in English. Even my daughter talks in English! At night she asks me to tell her a story, and I have to invent one, but she laughs at me."
