Our season ignited – Rafa

Rafa Benitez has urged his Liverpool players to use their victory over Everton on Sunday to kick-start their faltering season. "Always it is important to win and to win games in a row is the key if we want to stay higher up the table or get into the top four," said Benitez after the 212th Merseyside derby saw his side climb to fifth in the EPL standings. "A derby is always a very difficult game and to win could be a boost for the rest of the season." Benitez reserved special praise for goalkeeper Pepe Reina after his brilliant double save denied Tim Cahill and Marouane Fellaini. "He was amazing today. We knew when we signed him that he was a good goalkeeper and he is improving every day. For me he is one of the best goalkeepers in the world and today he has shown that."
