Giggs’ recipe for success
Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs has revealed the secret of his success after notching up his 100th EPL goal on Saturday. His ton came as United downed Portsmouth 4-1 with the Welshman capping another age-defying performance by curling in a free kick. Afterwards the 36-year-old put his stunning form down to his "boring" lifestyle. "I used to leave training and be able to go out shopping or meet up with friends in town - but not now," said Giggs. "Now it takes me one or two days to recover from matches so I know I have to conserve energy. These days I go home, put my feet up and watch TV or DVDs. My life is boring, boring, boring but it's what I have to do to stay fit." Giggs is the 17th player to net 100 EPL goals and has scored in every season since its inception in 1992.
