Ngog shrugs off cheat jibes
Young Liverpool striker David Ngog has shrugged of suggestions he dived to win a penalty in the 2-2 draw with Birmingham earlier in the week, claiming the furore over his alleged theatrics will only make him stronger. The Frenchman, who has scored four goals this season, said: "You learn more about yourself in the bad times than the good. If you can come through difficulties in life, it will make you stronger in the future." Twenty-year-old Ngog signed for Liverpool from Paris Saint Germain £1.5m in 2006.
