Robinho raring and ready

Brazilian superstar Robinho looks set to make his long awaited comeback from injury against Hull on Saturday. The 25-year-old striker, who joined Manchester City for £32m from Real Madrid, has not played for the Eastlands club since August after suffering a stress fracture of the ankle. There have also been a series of reports linking him with a big money move back to Barcelona. But City’s first team coach Eddie Niedzwiecki claims he is now ready to pull on the blue jersey again. "Robi is looking really good," Niedzwiecki told the Manchester Evening News. "He had good training and good treatment and is looking sharper by the day. Things are looking very promising for him in terms of the weekend and he should be up for selection."
