Fergie's battle cry

Sir Alex Ferguson was a happy man following Manchester United’s impressive 3-0 win over Everton on Saturday, claiming the Red Devils’ title charge is back on track. A glorious volley from Darren Fletcher and further strikes from Michael Carrick and Antonio Valencia saw the reigning champions home, with Fergie stating: "We have to look at all the games as must-win now. We need to get on a run and be somewhere near the top of the league by New Year's Day. Then, in the second half of the season we can have a real go and give ourselves a chance." But with Chelsea cruising to a 4-0 win over Wolves earlier on Saturday, United remain five points off the pace.
