CR10’s Real life pledge

Cristiano Ronaldo is determined to end his career at Real Madrid despite a frustrating first season at the club which is likely to end trophyless. Real head into their final game of the season at Malaga on Sunday knowing Barcelona must lose at home to Valladolid if they are to have any chance of -winning the title. Real were knocked out in the last 16 of the Champions League by Lyon. “I do not know what will happen in the future. You never know, although I would like to retire in Madrid,” said the world’s most expensive player. “I have really enjoyed the past year, but what’s ¬missing is winning a title. We must keep fighting though, and I am confident we will win many titles in the future.” Ronaldo has scored 33 goals in 34 games since his world record £80m move from Manchester United last summer.
