CR10 to cash-in in skills event

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo is set to earn a whopping £900,000 for three hours' work! The Portuguese star recently signed up to star in A:3K Football, a £10million gladiator-style test of skill at the 02 Arena in London on July 17, as he wants to prove he is the world’s most skilful footballer. He is expected to battle it out with Steven Gerrard, Didier Drogba, Cesc Fabregas and David Villa in a series of skills tests. One of the tests involves the players being locked in a perspex cage with six goals and two balls, trying to score as many times as possible. The event is expected to be played in front of 15,000 fans at the O2 arena with ITV showing highlights. One more as yet unannounced star is expected to complete the line-up.
