The real Arsenal are back – Walcott

(17-01-2010) Theo Walcott reckons Arsenal finally hit their straps again in Saturday’s 3-0 demolition of West Ham. The Gunners have been well below par in their previous two outings, snatching a last-minute draw at home to Leeds in the third-round FA Cup tie before losing the Carling Cup semi-final first leg 1-0 at Ipswich. But following two goals from Robin Van Persie and one from Samir Nasri, Walcott is in no doubt that the Gunners are back to their best."That is not the Arsenal we know in the last couple of games. No disrespect to Leeds and Ipswich, but we should be getting better results," said on Saturday. "In the last two matches, mentally we weren't right, but that's out of the way now." He then added: "The mood's great, we are enjoying it and are enjoying playing together.” Arsenal trail leaders Manchester United by two points.
