Blues set on Chile star

(20-01-2011) Chelsea have their eyes firmly set on £25m-rated Udinese midfielder Alexis Sanchez. The reigning EPL and FA Cup champions have already held talks with the Italian outfit but, according to reports, have been unable to agree a fee so far. "With Chelsea, we talked £25m. I want this figure, if not more,” Udinese chairman Gianpaolo Pozzo revealed on Wednesday. "Yes, there was also interest from Inter Milan, which we decided to stop." It is believed that Blues boss Carlo Ancelotti wants to do a deal for £22m for the Chilean star, who impressed in last summer's World Cup.
