City starlet arrested for head-butt

Manchester City midfielder Michael Johnson could be in hot water after apparently head-butting a Manchester United fan who was singing Red Devils club songs in a nightclub. According to reports, the young Englishman is being investigated by police. He was arrested and released on bail for the incident that is said to have taken place on 6 December last year. Johnson has represented England at under-19 and under-21 level but has been dogged by injury in the last two seasons and is currently out of action after rupturing his knee ligaments. Two seasons ago he was considered one of the most exciting prospects in English football.
