City want Benfica ace and other red-hot gossip
Manchester City are targeting Benfica's Oscar Cardozo. The striker, a free-kick specialist, has netted 18 league goals this season. He is set to star for Paraguay in the 2010 World Cup alongside current City star Roque Santa Cruz. If the Blues land the player, it could mean that Emmanuel Adebayor will be sold to AC Milan. Elsewhere, Bayern Munich midfielder Franck Ribery, who is a target for the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Real Madrid, says he will only resolve his future before the summer; and Fulham striker Bobby Zamora does not rate his chances of making the England World Cup squad and has already booked a holiday in Las Vegas during the tournament.
