Reds to offer Rafa severance deal

Liverpool are ready to cut ties with Rafa Benitez. According to reports, the club have offered the Spaniard a £3m severance deal to leave immediately. The 50-year-old’s future has been in the balance for some time after a disastrous season in which Liverpool finished seventh in the EPL and crashed out of the Champions League in the group stage. Benitez has been linked with the vacant coaching spot at Inter Milan. Benitez is expected to make a statement regarding his future on Thursday.
