Del Bosque left cold despite win

Vincente del Bosque is a hard taskmaster. On Monday the Spain coach criticised his team despite their crucial 2-0 win over Honduras that kept their World Cup dream alive. New Barcelona striker David Villa netted both goals – and missed a penalty - as the tournament favourites bounced back from their shock opening loss to Switzerland. Del Bosque, however, was unimpressed. "We didn't play a good game. We had a lot of chances and we should have won by more goals," he moaned. "There were touches of quality but we were more vulnerable today than against Switzerland. I'm not especially happy," he added. The European champions now need a win against Chile (who bet the Swiss 1-0 earlier on Monday) in their final group match to make the second round.
