Dunga slams Kaka’s red
Brazil coach Dunga has slammed Cote d’Ivoire’s Kader Keita and the referee for getting Samba star Kaka red-carded on Sunday. The 2007 Fifa World Player of the Year was given his marching orders after receiving a second yellow card in Brazil’s 3-1 victory. Television replays indicate that Keita ran into Kaka two minutes from time and collapsed as if hit by a bullet, conning referee Stephane Lannoy into booking the Real Madrid ace. "It was a totally unjustified sending-off. Kaka was fouled and he was the one punished and given a yellow card,” fumed Dunga afterwards. "It seems a player who commits the foul is not given anything but the player fouled is sent off. I must congratulate Keita for that." The Brazilians are expected to appeal the decision as Kaka is now set to miss the clash with Portugal.
