New Reds signing already threatening to quit

(02-10-2010) New Liverpool signing Milan Jovanovic has threatened to quit the club unless he is given more game time. The 29-year-old Serbian international, signed on a free transfer from Belgian club Standard Liege by former Reds boss Rafa Benitez, is not happy at being a bit-part player. "I am starting to find the time dragging on,” said Jovanovic on Friday. "I'm a fighter but if things do not sort themselves out I will change club - even though it is too soon to think about it yet.” He added: "I'm on form, I'm working hard and I have started eight competitive games. But I've not been in the starting XI for the last few matches - and I've not even come on as a sub."
