Spurs can topple Serie A giants – Gomes

(19-10-2010) Tottenham goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes believes the club can put one over Serie A giants Inter Milan in the Champions League on Wednesday. Spurs travel to the San Siro following a draw and a win in their opening two games of the competition. "All we need to do is keep going like we have done in our last two Champions League games,” said the Brazilian on Monday. "We know it's a hard game because it's away from home.” He added that the club’s array of goal scoring options would hold them in good steed. "If Peter Crouch is not scoring, Roman Pavlyuchenko is scoring. He showed how cool he was with his penalties against FC Twente. There are goals from midfield too — Tom Huddlestone, Luka Modric, a lot of guys who can score a goal or win a match."
