Wes in the Brown stuff

(09-10-2010) Wes Brown’s days as a Manchester United player could be numbered after a ‘screaming row’ with manager Sir Alex Ferguson. According to a report by The Sun newspaper, the bust-up happened on the Red Devils pre-season tour of the USA following a night out organised by the players. The 31-year-old defender has subsequently not started a league game this season although he did start the Champions League clash with Rangers and the Carling Cup third-round tie with Scunthorpe. Brown, whose career has been blighted by several serious injuries, joined United in 1996 and has made 349 appearances for the club. He has also won 23 England caps. He now fears been sold in January.
