Gunners welcome back duo

(15-10-2010) Cesc Fabregas looks unlikely to join Theo Walcott and Nicklas Bendtner in the Arsenal line-up for Saturday's clash with Birmingham. The inspirational Gunners skipper has been battling a hamstring injury, while Walcott and Bendtner have recovered from ankle ligament damage and a niggling groin problem respectively. "We have some good news because for a while we have had only bad news," Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger told Arsenal TV Online on Thursday. "Nicklas Bendtner is back in the squad and let's not forget that since last November he has produced here and there, but never had a consistent presence because of his injuries.” Added Wenger: "Apart from the fact he went to the World Cup we have not seen the real Nicklas Bendtner for a long, long time. He is the closest he has been to his best for a while.”
