Fergie hails Sweat Pea

(30-09-2010) Javier Hernandez has had his “natural goal scoring instincts” hailed by Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson. This comes after the Mexican netted a well-taken 85th-minute goal for the Red Devils in their 1-0 win over Valencia in the Champions League on Wednesday. "When he takes a chance it is like shelling peas to him. It is so natural to him. He is a natural finisher,” commented Fergie after the match at the Mestalla. "But he is young and needs to build on his strength, which he has been doing in the gym.” Hernandez, nicknamed Chicharito or 'Little Pea' because of his green eyes, joined United for £7m from Guadalajara in the summer.
