Reds defender set for exit and other red-hot gossip

(10-12-2010) Glen Johnson looks set to leave Liverpool in January. The England defender, a £15m signing from Portsmouth two years ago, is being tracked by Tottenham, Bayern Munich and Juventus, with a reunion with former Pompey boss Harry Redknapp at Spurs looking his most likely destination. Elsewhere, out-of-favour Arsenal goalkeeper Manuel Almunia is wanted by Spanish club Malaga; Tottenham’s £15m flop David Bentley is wanted by his former club Blackburn on a £1m loan; and Lazio are lining up a new contract for defender Stefan Radu to fend off interest from Chelsea.
