Roberto Mancini has hailed Carlos Tevez, labelling the plucky Argentine Manchester City's very own Wayne Rooney. Tevez has blasted 26 goals for City this season as the ambitious club have surged into fourth place in the EPL with just six games left to play. "Carlos is most important for us like Rooney is for United. He is scoring a lot of goals and I am very happy with him,” said Mancini on Friday. Rooney and Tevez are set to go head-to-head next Saturday when the two giants of Manchester clash. Tevez's strike partner Emmanuel Adebayor also complimented Tevez. "It's great for me coming back into the game to play alongside him. He's one of the best in the business and we just pray he can keep going,” said the Togolese. Before turning their attention to United, City host Birmingham on Sunday.
