Becks pays tribute to “on fire” Rooney

The plaudits just keep flying in for Wayne Rooney! The latest is from David Beckham, who featured in the AC Milan team beaten 3-2 by Manchester United in the Champions League on Tuesday, a match in which Rooney banged in his 24th and 25th goals of the season. "Rooney is obviously on fire again," said Beckham, who produced a muted performance before being substituted in the 72nd minute of the last 16 first leg match. "He's been on fire for a few weeks now and I've always said he's one of the best goalscorers in the world."
