I’m fit to wear United shirt – Anderson

Anderson claims he is “fit to wear a Manchester United shirt.” According to a report in The Sun newspaper on Saturday, the Brazilian admits to not fulfilling his potential since his £18m move from Porto in 2007 but insists his best is still to come. "I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed in my performance at United. In fact it makes me sad,” the 21-year-old is quoted as saying. "And one of my first objectives is to get back to the condition I was in at Porto, then start scoring goals which decide matches because that's vital for any player's career.” The Brazilian has scored one goal in 96 appearances for United despite arriving at the club as a “goal scoring” midfielder.
