Little Vidic set for United and other transfer gossip

Manchester United have been linked to young defender Uros Cosic who like club legend Nemanja Vidic hails from Serbia. In fact sources at Cosic’s current club CSKA Moscow claim he is an even bigger talent than Vidic. CSKA president Yevgeni Giner says the 17-year-old may move to Old Trafford next year, despite the club’s desire to keep him. Elsewhere, Chelsea are planning a January move for West Ham goalkeeper Robert Green as a replacement for the floundering Petr Cech; Tottenham winger David Bentley is demanding a move away from Whita Hart Lane after being left out of the squad that played Wolves at the weekend; and Liverpool are ready to raid West Ham by making a £6m bid for midfielder Scott Parker.
